WORK IN PROGRESS

I have been practicing craft ability routines for HQ quality synthesis and still need to perfect it. Maybe I can log some more time in before phase 3 is over. I am going to post my findings below to keep a journal of my efforts and stay organized through beta. I found gathering Rosewood Logs and making Rosewood Logs an efficient way to test higher level synthesis in beta. This way I might not forget my thoughts during the weeks the game is down and can develop skills while helping others collect thoughts/startegy as well.

STRATEGY

So far I have practiced enough to find out this… Keep in mind during any of the steps, IF you get red unstable you use Tricks of the Trade to get 45 CP and stable status. If you can get Tricks of the Trade enough you can float the following for a long time.

1) Comfort Zone to increase CP generation.
2) Inner Quiet to stock control bonus (Which can be used later with Rumination or Byregot's Blessing)
3) Waste Not to lower durability loss
4) Use Basic, Standard or Advanced Touch depending on CP to build quality of synthesis
5) Build progress by using Careful Synthesis II for no CP loss
6) Use Master's Mend to restore durability


NOTES

1) Inner Quiet can be used with Rumination to restore CP or Byregot's Blessing to build quality. If your CP is high use Byregot's Blessing when it flashes to negate bonus's from Inner Quiet into quality. If CP is low use Rumination when it flashes to negate Inner Quiet bonus's into extra CP. (This is not as effective/efficient as it should be but can help)

2) Use Flawless Synthesis if your in a bind and need to finish synth. Keep your synth within 50 progress left to be effective.
3) Current strategy yields on average 10-20% HQ success on NQ materials and 30-45% with HQ materials
